This policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
2. Data sent through the quote form
When you send the form, we receive: your name, your phone number and/or email address, the type of project, your message, the language of the page and your agreement to this policy.
Why: to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you wish, arrange a site visit. We do not use this data for anything else: no newsletter, no advertising, no resale.
Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email.
If you call or write to us directly, the information you give us is handled in the same way.
3. Technical data when you visit
As with any website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data when you view a page (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). This is used solely to display the website and keep it secure.
4. Service provider and transfers abroad
Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) hosts the website and receives the requests sent through the form (the “Netlify Forms” service), including automatic spam filtering. Requests are stored on Netlify’s servers and forwarded to us by email.
Netlify may process data in the United States. Netlify participates in the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the Swiss Federal Council has recognised since 15 September 2024 as ensuring an adequate level of data protection. We only share what is needed to run the website and the form. The typefaces are hosted with the website itself: your browser does not contact any other service to display them.
Cookies and statisticsThis website currently uses no cookies, no visitor statistics and no advertising tracking. Should this change, this page will be updated beforehand.
6. How long we keep data
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, to carry out and follow up the project. It is then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it (for example 10 years for accounting records relating to a contract).
7. Your rights
You may at any time ask for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, withdraw your consent or ask us to hand your data over to you. Simply email info@home1993.ch.
If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Bern: www.edoeb.admin.ch.
8. Changes
We may update this policy if the website or the law changes; the version published on this page applies. Last updated: October 2026.
